$5 flat rate shipping applies to New Zealand deliveries only.
Courier Post
Within New Zealand goods are sent using the Courier Post non-signature service. This includes PO Boxes and Rural Delivery and there are no additional charges.
Target delivery time is next working day to major cities and towns, and 1-2 days for smaller towns and rural delivery.
Courier Post has changed their pick up times since Covid and while we previously aimed to dispatch orders received by 3pm, on the same day (weekdays not including public holidays), we now aim to dispatch orders received by 10am the same day. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of our couriers and are doing our best to provide the same great service we always have. It is our understanding that for the foreseeable future every New Zealand based company has the same issue.
All products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch unless the "Out of Stock" message is showing.
Returns
Returns are accepted for credit up to 10 days from dispatch providing the goods are resaleable. Please contact us before returning goods.
