Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule two or three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter, take 1 capsule daily. Vitex works gently. Best results obtained with continuous, long-term use.
Precautions
Do not use during pregnancy, while on the contraceptive pill or HRT or with progesterone drugs.
